This grey paste has a high viscosity of 35,000 cP and boasts exceptional electrical properties, including a volume resistivity of $1.0 \times 1 0^{15}$ ohms-cm and a dielectric strength of 250 volts/mil. With a thermal conductivity of 8.5 Btu-in/hr-ft²-°F and a temperature resistance of 204°C, it’s perfect for applications where both high thermal performance and extreme electrical isolation are required.
