With a mixing ratio of 100:12, this grey paste offers a thermal conductivity of 12.5 Btu-in/hr-ft²-°F and can withstand temperatures up to 300°C. Its high dielectric strength and volume resistivity make it an ideal choice for electronic and industrial applications where both thermal management and electrical insulation are critical.
