Incure Cyro-Weld™ 5021F is a low-viscosity, clear, fluorescing multi-substrate bonder ideal for medical device assemblies like needles, reservoirs, catheters, and transducers. This adhesive bonds most plastics, metal, and glass. It is formulated to meet ISO 10993-5 and passes ETO and gamma sterilization. With a viscosity of 150 cP, a tensile strength of 4,200–7,000 psi, and a hardness of D68–D78, it provides a durable bond with the added benefit of fluorescing for easy in-line inspection.
